Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. No returns on any Clearance items.

Returns could take up to 7 business days to Process but are typically processed within 2-4 days.
Purchase price refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment type that was used for the Purchase. Please allow 3-7 business days to see funds back into your account.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs are FREE within the 14 day window. Otherwise, Return Shipping Costs are your responsibility. If a Return label is sent to you to return a Defective item & you choose to not have it replaced we will only refund you for the Product price that you paid, Shipping Not included.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Clearance items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
